Five minutes of form, then a forty-minute call with the planner for that region. Nothing is charged until the end of that call, and about a third of them end with us suggesting a different journey — or a different house.

What happens next

01 A planner reads this within two working days — Monday to Thursday.
02 We book a forty-minute call at a time that suits you, video or phone.
03 If it is the right journey, the £1,900 planning fee holds the dates.
04 If it is not, we say so, and often who we would send you to instead.
